When it comes to economic development, Montanans have an opportunity in the energy industry. That was the message Montana's Chief Business Officer Evan Barrett shared with members of the Great Falls chapter of SCORE at their luncheon meeting Friday afternoon. "Right now, energy independence is driving policy at the national level," Barrett told about 35 members in attendance. He added that internationally, there is an increasing reaction to concern
