Agency seeks public input on climate The Environmental Quality Council is seeking public comment on a draft climate change report anda dozen pieces of related draft legislation. The draft report and related legislation is available for public comment through Aug. 22. Comments will be compiled and presented to the EQC at a Sept. 8-9 meeting in Helena.
